Lunch & Learn SEPSIS SAVVY TALK - With the UK Sepsis Trust

Sepsis is a medical emergency that claims five lives every hour in the UK. Join UKST at the Walled Garden for a short presentation on sepsis, from signs to look out for to how you can best support those who have been affected.

Despite being more common than heart attacks - and causing more deaths than bowel, breast and prostate cancer combined - sepsis is often treatable if caught early.

Anybody can develop sepsis (is can arise from any infection) and while some people are more at risk, knowing what to look out for could help you save someone’s life.
