This website and its associated event services are owned and operated by Hellfire Enterprises Ltd T/A The Walled Garden, located at Chorley Road, West Wycombe, HP14 3AP.

By accessing this website or attending an event organised by The Walled Garden, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or attend our events.

Use of Our Website

  • The website is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You must not use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and graphics, is owned by The Walled Garden and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

  • You may print or download pages for personal reference but not for commercial use.

Bookings and Event Participation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We aim to ensure accuracy of information provided online and onsite, but we do not guarantee it is free from error.

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel events in circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or refund where appropriate.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations:

All tickets are non-refundable. However, exchanges may be permitted for another date within the same year, subject to availability.

Exchanges:

  • 48+ hours before your booking: Free rescheduling to any available session.

  • Less than 48 hours before your booking: £6 rescheduling fee to move to an available time slot within the next 2 weeks.

Late Notice / No Shows:

  • Once your session has started or passed, no refunds or rescheduling are available as the space could not be resold.

Group Bookings

  • Group bookings may be cancelled up to 14 days before the event for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • This applies to non-exclusive group events only.

Exclusive Hire & Private Events

  • 6 weeks’ notice is required to cancel for a full refund.

  • If cancellation occurs within 6 weeks of the event, the hire fee is non-refundable.

  • We will do our best to reschedule your event, provided you contact us at least 2 weeks before the original date and subject to availability.

Health & Safety

  • All guests must follow the safety rules and guidance displayed on-site or provided by staff.

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is not permitted anywhere on site.

  • The Walled Garden reserves the right to remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

Accidents and Liability

  • While we take every reasonable step to maintain a safe environment, attendance and participation in events are at your own risk.

  • The Walled Garden does not accept liability for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence on our part.

  • Guests are responsible for acting safely and following instructions to minimise risk.

Personal Belongings

The Walled Garden cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

Privacy and Data Use

  • Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

  • We use cookies and Google Analytics to monitor website performance and user experience.

  • Any photographs or videos taken at our events may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify a member of staff on the day of the event.
